Fix potholes instantly with zero downtime. Pothole Pro is a heavy-duty, ready-to-use road repair compound engineered for councils, civil contractors, earthmovers, and facility maintenance teams. Designed for permanent repairs in asphalt, concrete, and pavement, Pothole Pro requires no heating, no specialist equipment, and no edge tacking or sealing.
Simply open the bag, pour straight into the hole (even in standing water), and drive straight over it to compact.
Key Features & Benefits
-
All-Weather Application: Can be applied directly into water-filled potholes or damp surfaces without compromising adhesion or structural strength.
-
Instant Traffic Ready: No road closures or long curing periods. Rolling vehicle traffic actually finishes the compaction process.
-
Self-Sealing Formula: No edge-cutting or tack coat required. Pothole Pro continually self-seals under ambient road temperature and traffic pressure.
-
Zero Specialist Equipment: Can be placed with a standard shovel or rake and compacted using a vehicle tyre, hand tamper, or plate compactor.
-
Heavy-Duty Durability: Engineered to withstand high-volume traffic, utility trench transitions, access covers, and heavy road vehicles without rutting or pulling out.
Common Applications
-
Asphalt and bitumen road repairs
-
Concrete pavement and footpath remediation
-
Transition ramps around manholes, drains, and utility access points
-
Civil works, carparks, access roads, and council maintenance

Installation Guide: Open. Pour. Done.
-
Prep the Site: Clear out large loose debris, rocks, and dirt. No square edge-cutting or drying is required—the hole can contain water, provided a solid surrounding pavement and base exist.
-
Pour & Level:
-
For depths of 50–75 mm: Pour Pothole Pro directly into the hole until it crowns approximately 25 mm above the surrounding surface to allow for compaction.
-
For depths over 75 mm: Apply in layers of 50–70 mm, compacting thoroughly between each lift.
-
-
Compact: Drive a vehicle tyre directly over the patch to achieve full compaction. A plate compactor or hand tamper may also be used for an extra-smooth cosmetic finish.
-
Re-level (If Needed): If the patch sits below grade after compaction, simply add more material and roll again.
Best Practice & Application Notes
-
Base Integrity: Pothole Pro requires a solid sub-base. Do not apply directly over uncompacted dirt or unsupported subgrade.
-
Alligator / Crocodile Cracking: Interconnected cracking indicates sub-base failure or "pumping." The failed subgrade must be excavated and properly re-compacted before resurfacing, or treated with a dedicated crack-sealing compound such as Crack’n’Seal.
-
Tight Turning / Parking Bays: Avoid applying right against wheel stops or tight-turning bays where stationary power-steering turns occur before the patch has achieved full rolling compaction.
