The DIGGA PH-3 is the heavy-duty pilot designed specifically for DIGGA RC (Rock Combo) series augers in the 5 to 50-tonne range (such as RC6, RC8, and RC10).

Unlike the replaceable tooth system found on the auger flights, the PH-3 is a specialized, solid pilot unit equipped with a massive Multi-Faced Tungsten Carbide tip. This aggressive geometry is engineered to fracture the center of the hole, crushing shale, concrete, and fracturable rock before the auger teeth engage. It is the critical "spearhead" required to make your Rock Combo auger effective in heavy conditions.
