Baron Infeed Conveyor Hopper – Part No. 30051
The Baron Infeed Conveyor Hopper (Part No. 30051) is a rugged, heavy-duty material receiving funnel engineered to streamline loading and prevent spillages across the entire Baron CONNECT conveyor lineup (CU2500, CU3300, CU4500, and CU6000). Designed for efficient hand shoveling, chute feeding, and clean belt-to-belt transfers, this standard hopper directs bulk earth, rubble, gravel, and demolition waste cleanly onto the center of the belt.
Key Features & Benefits
-
Zero-Spill Loading: Angled side and rear deflection plates channel material directly into the belt’s center track, eliminating side spillages and jobsite cleanup.
-
Universal CONNECT Fit: Engineered to mount seamlessly onto the receiving end of any Baron CONNECT conveyor model (2.5m, 3.3m, 4.5m, and 6.0m).
-
Galvanized Steel Build: Built with heavy-gauge hot-dip galvanized steel to withstand abrasive aggregates, heavy rock impacts, and demanding site conditions without warping.
-
Smooth Material Flow: Flared opening allows rapid shovel loading and acts as an ideal drop target when receiving discharge from an upstream conveyor in a daisy-chain setup.
-
Quick-Release Attachment: Secures firmly to the conveyor side profiles with a fast-locking clamp system for rapid installation and tool-free removal during transport.
