Terms and Conditions – Earthmoving Warehouse “Win a $500 Store Credit” Competition

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

2. Competition Period

The Competition commences at 10:00am AEST on 16 March 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 15 September 2026 ("Competition Period").

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

To enter, individuals must:

  • Visit the Promoter’s website at earthmovingwarehouse.com.au

  • Sign up to the Earthmoving Warehouse email database during the Competition Period by submitting a valid email address.

Entry is free. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won consisting of a $500 store credit to be used online at earthmovingwarehouse.com.au.

The store credit awarded as part of the competition is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and is subject to any conditions of use provided at the time it is issued.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be determined by a random draw on 15 September 2026.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw. The winner’s name will also be published on the Promoter’s website for a minimum period of 7 days.

6. Claiming the Prize

The winner must claim the prize within 12 months of being notified. If the prize is not claimed by this date, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.

7. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence).

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with another prize of equal or greater value.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Liability

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability for any loss or damage suffered or incurred (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of the promotion, the prize or use of the prize.

9. Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including agents and service providers.

Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may use the entrant’s information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, including sending electronic messages, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), unless otherwise advised by the entrant.

By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
