Single Drum Vibratory Rollers (e.g., SVR58H Series): These walk-behind rollers are lightweight and highly manoeuvrable, making them ideal for compacting granular materials and asphalt in confined spaces. They excel in smaller repair and maintenance jobs like footpaths, bridges, patching, and landscaping. Key features often include a hydraulic system for variable working speed, "deadman" control with reversing protection for operator safety, easy-reach controls, and an ergonomically designed height-adjustable handle. Self-cleaning scrapers prevent material build-up on the drum, while bevelled drum edges eliminate marks on surfaces. Models like the SVR58H are powered by reliable Honda GX engines and feature thick drum shells for extended life and a large, corrosion-free water tank.

Double Drum Vibratory Rollers (e.g., DVR65 Series): Designed for professional soil compaction, these pedestrian-operated rollers offer dual smooth drums with bevelled edges for clean finishing on asphalt and ground. They are well-suited for pavements, cycle paths, small roads, and parking areas where larger rollers might be impractical. The DVR65 series incorporates features like deadman control, mechanical parking brakes, multi-position handles for operator comfort, and often a built-in oil cooler for increased productivity. They provide excellent side and curb clearance, allowing for close compaction near obstacles.

Articulated Tandem Rollers (e.g., PDR90 Series): These ride-on rollers represent Masterpac's superior technology for optimal compaction of asphalt, non-cohesive and cohesive soils, and stabilized soils. The PDR90 series, available with Honda GX or Kubota diesel engines, features articulated movement with power-assist steering for accurate control and enhanced manoeuvrability in confined sites. They boast high-quality hydraulic pumps and motors for maximum traction and gradeability, along with ample side and curb clearance.
